Our Process
-
1. Discovery & Vision Exploration
Initial Consultation: We kick off the process with a detailed consultation to understand your vision and requirements for your residential space. We work closely with you to define the scope of the project, whether it's a remodel, addition, or a new home design. You will receive a complimentary drawing cost estimate within 1-3 business days.
Contract Signing & Deposit: Once we've aligned on the project's vision, timelines, and scope during the initial consultation, we'll guide you through signing a comprehensive contract. This document outlines the project details, and we'll provide an estimated drawing cost. To secure our services, a deposit will be required.
Conceptualization: Our team starts the creative process by developing initial design concepts that align with your aesthetic preferences and functional needs.

2. Customized Design Development
Detailed Design Phase: Once the concept is approved, we dive into the detailed design phase. This includes floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to provide a comprehensive visual representation of your future home.
Client Collaboration: We prioritize client collaboration and feedback throughout the design development process. Your input is crucial in refining and perfecting the design to meet your expectations. We will have 1-2 meetings so you can collaborate closely with our team so we can refine and perfect the design based on your input
Curated Home Plans with Customization: For clients seeking a more financially accessible option, we offer a selection of curated home plans. These plans can be further customized at an additional cost, allowing you to personalize the design to suit your unique preferences. Explore all curated plans in our Shop.

3. Design Delivery & Support
Final Design Presentation: We present the final design package, including all necessary drawings and documents. This step ensures clarity and transparency in the design that will be handed over to your chosen builder or contractor.
Builder Collaboration: While we do not provide stamped architectural or engineering plans, we are happy to schedule a meeting with your chosen builder or contractor to facilitate a smooth transition from design to construction.
Ongoing Support: Our commitment doesn't end with the delivery of the design. We provide ongoing support and communication to address any questions or adjustments that may arise during the construction phase.
